Started the day around 11am and headed for south central Oklahoma. Ended up in Ardmore, OK watching a few storms fire in late afternoon but nothing held together long.
I decided to head home and wait for the storms to come to me.
Several lines of severe thunderstorms affected moved through Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. Around 2am a Tornado Warning was issued for LeFlore County in Eastern Oklahoma. The two pictures below are lightning from that storm as it approached Fort Smith, AR.

The storm fell apart as it moved into Arkansas. I
had wind gusts to 46mph and some very small hail.
I woke up around noon and
noticed a nice cu field developing in eastern Oklahoma. Soon
showers began developing. The storms continued to grow and
intensify. Below are pictures of the severe storms as they made
their way into Fort Smith, AR. The first 3 pictures show how
strong the winds were out of these storms as you can see the rain
falling sideways out of the storm.

Soon it began to hail. It hailed
very heavily for about 10 minutes with the biggest hail being
penny but most being just pea size.
