sunset before the storms

Here are some lightning pictures from storm about 6 miles east of where possible tornado touchdown occurred

All pictures were taken from about 1.5 east of Shady Point Oklahoma.

1st picture is looking NNW and shows E-W laying chicken houses.  in the foreground notice the beams of wood..from the chicken houses.  Those pieces had to travel southward to reach that location.

Summary:   I believe the tornado travled nearly due NE from intial damage area (in pic 11) across severely damaged home (possibly intensifying) and then continuing NE to the chicken houses were it began a more ENE direction before weakening.   The path width is estimated at no more than 50 yards (probably 25ish yards) and possibly as much as 1/4 mile long.  NO other damage was seen to anything in any other direction except possibly more damage NE of these pictures (someone thought more structures were damaged that direction but didnt have time allowance to check)  Obviously the winds on the right side were stronger and that matches up with more wind damage that direction.  Also see picture below

http://realclearwx.com/images/31036.jpg

this home was West of severely damaged home and had no damage at all to any section but a home on the East side of severely damaged home had shingles removed from nearly the same distance from severely damaged home as undamaged home on west side.    Other pictures can be found by typing in numbers anywhere from

Storm was previously tornado warned in county adjacent west to Leflore County.
